1. if he had such bad stuff why didn't they pull him earlier
2. why should I care if he's trying despite not having any skill tonight? everyone who's ever played baseball is trying to get to the next level, it's their "stuff" that makes them good or not. Mike Maroth was "gutsy" last year and there's no way I would touch him fantasy wise
