(Which is strange, because he has always been a bruin killer). But even the habs' little guys, like descharnais, are damn gritty. I hope pk doesn't over react the the butt-end that Marchand will likely give him at some point..
I'm rambling here. I'm so excited about this series it's tough to keep my thoughts concise. Sorry.
Is galchenyuk ever coming back? Does pacioretty ever plan on stepping up? I don't think Rene Bourne can carry this club..
Borque - and he's awesome.
Vanek reminds me so much of Kovalev - one of the most skilled players in the league who disappears at crunch time. That said it looks like Vanek is sick. He scored two from in close but his skating is terrible and he's taking himself off early every shift.
The canadiens are gritty but I think that they will wear down. Briere, Gallagher, gionta and desharnais will be beaten up by game six. Prust, Eller and Moen have to step up and play some important minutes. Pacioretty has to forget about hitting Chara and concentrate on hitting the back of the net. Borque and Plekanec have been terrific. Subban, Geoges and Markov have been great too. Price has to come up big three more times.
