i am sure this has been discussed ad nauseum, but i tried to run a search and did not come up with anything.
by the way, i'm new so be nice.
anyway, whose the unknown, or little known guy whose going to be stealing tons of bases this year.
freel, crisp, hairston/roberts, figgins...
i am not asking about crawford, pierre, roberts blah blah, just guys that are probably undrafted in the majority of leauges. thanks.
Freel from Cinn?? why do you think he is going to get SB? he doesn't look promising at all, what about Redman, i know most people here hate him but i have him and im happy!

In 2003 Freel played 43 games, batted .285, hit 4HR, scored 23 runs and stole 9 bases. Not bad at all.
If he can get playing time he will steal bases.
These aren't super deep, but could be available in some leagues. If Freel gets 2b or ss eligibility....grab him
Ryan Freel
Tike Redman
Willie Harris (2b eligible in ESPN leagues)
Womack, as mentioned
Brian Roberts, and Hairston when he comes back
Gabe Kapler (i know...i know....)
Keep eye on Damion Jackson, if he can ever get steady AB's.
Eric Young....they're rotating him in at OF, and might do so w/ 2b/dh/of type deal
Ricky Henderson (just kidding to see if you're still reading)
Julio Lugo could swipe 15-20 if he can find first base
Coco Crisp (see Lugo!) but could be a 40 SB guy if he got 500 AB (which won't happen)
Luis Matos
Some of these guys are probably available in most leagues. Crisp probably has the most upside out of the bunch, especially if Cleveland has goofy things happen, and they fall out early. Lugo could be a 15-15 guy, maybe even 20-20.
If Willie Harris keeps his leadoff job, AND gets on base, he totally has the green light from Mr. Coffee.
