Holds category

I am playing with Holds for the first time. I have 3 slots for starting RP. Right now I have 3 closers with another on the DL - Krod, Hoover and Santos (Janseen DL). Does it make sense to drop one for a pitcher to get holds? Should I carry a 4th RP just for the hold category? See roster below. Not sure who I would drop if any:

H2H - AVG, R, SB, 1B, 2B, HR, RBI, K, 3B BB,ERA, K,WHIP,W,L, SV, HLD

Never like to punt a category. Watch Hoover, and if he doesn't perform or hold onto the closer job, pick up a holds guy. If he does hold it, I would still drop someone for a holds guy. There should be several good ratio holds guys on the waiver list. I'm on the fence with Hoover myself in one of my leagues.
