I'm in a 12 team H2H, 5 X 5 ESPN league. Tough to draft in a 12 team league.

C - Posada
1b - Bagwell
2b - Kent
3b - Alfonzo
ss - Renteria
OF- Abreu, Garret Anderson, J. Dye, Jay Payton, Geoff Jenkins
2b/ss - Sean Burroughs
1b/3b - Randall Simon
Util - Fred McGriff
bench - Cedeno, Michael Young

sp - Schilling, Leiter, Freddy Garcia, Pettitte, Woody Williams
sp - Koch, Isringhausen, Witasick, Cliff Politte, Steve Kline

Why is it tough to draft in a 12 team mixed league. Too many superstars to choose from in the late rounds? Try auctioning in a 12 team NL only league.

you pitching looks pretty solid, with some key starters, and you starting 8 in the feild look good, the main problem i see is your MI position and you CI position, plus McGriff at utl is a very promising move. I say you best bet is to try to give up a 5th SP like leiter for getting a possible sleeper (Durazo from Oak at 1B and Cabrero at SS for Mon) and that should solidify your batting w/o really damaging your SP

Thanks for the comments. Why would you self-inflict wounds by going to a 12-team NL-only league? I think I need to keep my SP intact, but maybe I'll see who else to trade to get another infielder.
