im in a 162 max games
1400 max in pitched league

how does this work, do i need to sit players throughout the season so they dont go over the max?

depends on your settings, how many SP you start, daily or weekly lineups. Thats alot of innings, I wouldn't worry much about it for the first quarter of the season anyway. You prob don't want to start your worst SP on the road vs the good offenses but that prob works for most leagues most of the time anyway

You will have to monitor your innings closely. 1400 innings over a 25 match fantasy season is 56 innings per match: that is only 8 innings per day in a 7 day match.
