Serious? Your team looks great to me.

If I did anything I would draft some all-or-nothing guys. Maybe prospects. See who's hot in Spring Training.

For example, I had Willingham penciled in as an all-or-nothing but so far this Spring it's been nothing.
Sizemore may start for the Red Sox.
Jason Motte may be back by late April.

You get the idea.

Either way your team looks great as it is.

Team is very veteran heavy, a bit risky with some of these players...
but looks good what is in FA?

FA consist of a lot of power bats, and a lot of age with that as well. Also consist of old and young talented/sleeper pitchers as well.

BATTERS : I like 1B Matt Adams (STL) but his strikeout rate is a killer, OF Nick Markakis (BAL) if he can produce, DH Victor Martinez (DET), and OF Nick Castellanos (DET)

PITCHERS : I like Ian Kennedy (SD), Alex Wood (ATL) but he will be on an inning limit, Tyler Skaggs (LAA) if he cracks into the rotation, AJ Griffen (OAK), Jason Vargas (KC), Bartolo Colon (NYM), and Brandon Beachy (ATL) but he could be going for a 2nd surgery.

With the 10 SP limit its hard to look at some of these guys rotting away on the FA but my Pitching staff is hard to restructure with the talent i have on it i think. With the exception of Scott Kazmir, but he had a great second half last year and it has carried into his insane spring training thus far.

If Cole Hamels open up the season on the DL i will have a spot open for one of these pitchers as well. I could also try to package up some of my pitching for a trade. So this is what I'm working with here.

I would go with Wood if Hamels opens on the DL. Which should be likely with a May return date I believe without any other setbacks.

Are any of the pitchers that i have over-rated that i could try to package up with another one to get a solid consistent pitcher?

Team looks very good, I honestly would stand pat for now and see how the first month or so goes. If you aren't completely satisfied with your arms, you may be able to eventually package Hamels with one of your bats to someone for an ace, but for now, I don't think you should make any moves. Pitchers no but maybe Cano, Ortiz or Reyes.
