keeper league draft year 4 tanaka/buxton

Postby lorneg34 » Fri Feb 21, 2014 5:13 pm

ok so i took over a team 2 months left in the season.
i have acquired the #2,#5,#6,#15 picks in the draft

30 man roster/25 man keeper - 5 round draft

all the newly added yahoo database players are available, and all the top specs on the database last year are all spoken for

buxton, tanaka, baez, abreu, bradley, correa, syndergaard and so on all available

i have no idea who to pick outside of my #2 pick.
#2 - buxton/tanaka - depending who #1 takes

with back to back picks i was looking at
#5 - baez
#6 abreu

any advice. i like archie bradley im hoping he falls to #15 but i doubt it...should i take bradley over abreu?

roster

c - pierzynski
1b - votto/fielder/rizzo
2b - phillips/carpenter/miller
3b - Donaldson
ss - cozart/ramirez
OF - myers/holliday/blackmon/cuddyer/Pagan

P - justin verlander
P - adam wainwright
P - Jose Fernandez
P - Sonny gray
P - Tim Lincecum
P - chris tillman
P - jarred Cosart
P - ernesto frieri/steve cishek
P - tyler thornburg

Are those the top guys that would available? Would any of the draftees from last year be out there still?

Bradley and then Bryant(if available), Correa, and Baez are guys I would be happy with. I'm not a huge believer in Baez myself, feel he K's to much for my liking. Correa and Bryant are both guys I'm high on.

You don't even need Abreu with all those good CI. I hope Buxton will come to you at 2nd, but Tanaka is good too. #5 I'd go with Baez. I agree with your choices, though you don't need Abreu honestly. I would take Bradley at 15 if available you could use another good young arm.
