you have to set your lineup the day before the games. So if you wanted to start him today, you would of had to move him into a starting posistion yesterday. I dont know why yahoo does this, it isnt like that for football.
What sucks is that I bet they won't let him take the field again tonight after the rain delay on that wet field. He was on-deck to bat, so I figure he'll get one more AB and then put in a defensive replacement. Oh well, at least he gave us a homer, and maybe another

im pretty sure you are wrong about this. you have to have players on your roster by 2am the previous night to be elligble to play the next day i thought, but you can bench/start up until games start.
