Is Griffey a go tonight?

If so, I am thinking about putting him in over Damon and Milton Bradley. Should I give him a couple of games before putting him in? What are you guys doing with him?

I'd give up on Griffey. Try to trade to someone else who still thinks he has value. He'll struggle for a few weeks, then another injury, bank on it.

griffey is imo, bad. He will never be healthy again. He looked like a lock for the hall of fame when he was younger, but i think it would be an embarrasment if he got in. If he hits 19 more homers (keyword if) and he doesnt get in, he'll be the first guy with more than 500 homers not in the hall of fame. Id rather not see griffey in the Hall of Fame. Trade him if you find a sucker.

Not in the HOF? He dominated the 90's like very few have dominated a decade. He's in the Hall of Fame for sure, how can you call it an embarassment? Just because he was injured doesn't mean he wasn't one of the best ever. Don't forget his defense - he was a great CF not just a great hitter. I'd say as of now, he should get in. If he manages to play a few hundred more games over the next 5 years, and gets to 600 HR, 2500 hits, 200 SB's, then he's a lock.
