Paul Abbott of all people has a no-no going against the Yankees through 5 innings.

Abbott has no chance of going 9 innings, it will have to be a no hitter like the Astros did against the Yanks last year.

As long as he keeps it going I'm sure Pinella will keep him in there, even if his arm falls off.

unless he starts getting upward of 140 pitches...he will be given the chance IF he still has it going in the ninth

I think he'd have to pull him after 110-115 pitches, regardless. I'm sure he wasn't anticipating him getting much over 85-90 pitches.

I actually could see Lou pull him even with it going after 7, winning this game would give this team so much confidence and pitching a crappy pitcher way over his normal pitch count vs decent hitters like Arod and Sheff might be ugly

Is the game on either ESPN or ESPN2? I would love to watch the Yank's get a no-no thrown at them.
