Nah, Seattle's offensive numbers were near identical to the Yankees last year and I don't see how Cano would have any less support that he did in NY in 2013.

I'd like to see how many 'Yankee Stadium' HRs he hit last year, and compare it to Seattle's park. I'd expect more like 22 HR than 28, but maybe I'm way off base.

Cano only hit 11 of his 27 hrs last year in NY.
I saw a hit chart, showing those 11 NY hrs, would have been hrs in Safeco.

Unless they are spending a lot more I would have liked to have seen the Mariners spread the money around a little.
If it's obvious it's probably true.

They plan on spending more.
Only Cano, Felix, Iwakuma, Bloomquist, are signed beyond this year.
They are looking at Napoli, trades for Kemp, Butler, Price.

If the price for Price includes Walker I'll be very disappointed.

If James Shields equals Wil Myers then David Price should equal Walker plus one of either Miller or Franklin.

To hell with the money, we got Robbie Cano! And now he can play with his beard! He's guaranteed to hit 40 HRs and be worth about 12 WAR with the power of facial hair!
