So, how many managers do we have now? I will send out emails to my FB buddies, but wanted to know how many teams are still available?

Thanks,
Burt

I love slow drafts but i think you should name a time window for every pick. Something between 8-12 hours with time freezing from midnight to 6 AM EST.

Any thoughts on this?

This is what we're going to do, exactly. 12 hours to start and we'll see what the pace is like. If we need to we will cut it down to 8 later to get the draft over with.

The only thing with with 8-12 hour time limit is the difference in geographic areas. This may cause a problem, may not. Just something to think about.

i'm in a very different time zone i assume than most people in this league, and in my fantasy hockey draft, where we did it the same way, it didn't create an issue (i'm hours ahead of the eastern time zone). it's the only way to do the draft. no time limit, no end to draft. it might get annoying for some people that there are times where everyone is online and it's my pick, but it's the middle of the night for me, but it wasn't an issue in my hockey draft, and i'm a responsible owner so i always get my picks in as quick as i can. i don't stall for no reason.

I was thinking the point made pounder was maybe 8-12 hours was not enough time due to differences in time zones. i think we should set it at 12 hours, and if it becomes an issue for some teams, we can adjust.
