Tillman/Carter for Harvey/Hultzen keeper league.. need help!

In a 16 team keeper league.

We get to keep 10 keepers, with a $260 total budget.

My 10 as of right now are:

Allen Craig, 11
Jurickson Profar, 5
Evan Longoria, 35
Addison Russell, 3
Bryce Harper, 9
Justin Upton, 8
Jose Bautista, 5
Patrick Corbin, 3
Chris Tillman, 3
Noah Syndergaard, 3

I was just offered Matt Harvey ($7) and Danny Hultzen ($3) for Tillman and Chris Carter (not a keeper)

I know both Harvey and Hultzen will miss next year, and I don't care about Hultzen... but is Harvey at a cheap price worth giving Tillman up? Obviously, when healthy, Harvey is much better. But one is pitching next year, the other isn't. But it IS a keeper league..

Since this is a move more for the future pitchers like Tillman are a dime a dozen (think about what Travis Wood did for about 1/2 to a little more than 1/2 the sesaon...you can easily replace them. If you have a deep enough team or large enough roster to stash Harvey on your DL for the full season I think its worth it. What would Harvey cost to keep at next year's offseason that is a big ? mark...Tillman is an ok #4 starter at a reasonable price but to get Harvey for long term is big IMO.

Harvey will be $9 next offseason. The price increase is:

$1-9: $2 increase every year
$10-19: $3 increase every year
$20+: $4 increase every year

We get two DL spots during the season. So I went ahead and accepted.

I wouldn't put Travis Wood, who had the worst xFIP in baseball among qualifying starters, in the same class as Chris Tillman, but I also think the sentence quoted above is actually pretty accurate. I say make the trade and keep your eye out for SP depth in the draft.
