This is 12 team 5x5 cat dynasty league that prior to the 2014 season was a no move league beside trades and 8-10 rounds of off-season drafting. Going into next season we've agreed to alter the no-moves clause to help with DL players. If a player is on the 15 day DL then a first come first serve for the waiver wire applies. Once your DL player is back to active you must drop the added player.
Essentially these DL moves only serve to add some competitiveness to the league as some teams (like mine) suffered from a lot of key players on the DL.
At any rate I finished dead last this season and have the first pick in the draft that has already commenced for the first set of 4-5 rounds.
I need help in quite a few areas, but SP is clearly the more pressing area, however I'm torn between going after a SP or scooping up someone like Sano?

Any help on which SP to take or if I should go with Sano would be appreciated along with the best drop option. Someone told me last season to drop Julio Teheran and I'm sort of regretting that decision now, heh.
