I would go with Gee. He has been pitching very well of late. Perez would be my second choice, but I don't trust him to pitch good consistently just yet.

I'll go Kennedy. Velocity is on the rise, and pitching in an extreme pitcher's park could turn his season around. He has the highest upside of them all. Gee is the other one I considered. Can't go wrong with him, either.
