Interested what the cafe has to say about this guy. He's been a quality start machine, but has really been under the radar because he plays for the Marlins. Fastball around 91-94, good offspeed, great control. Also been hearing Mark Prior comparisons (before injury). Thoughts on his worth and outlook for the second half and beyond?

Roto with IP Limit, there's pretty much no circumstance where I could start a guy with a 5.83 K/9. It's just too detrimental to the K category. He's not a 2.33 ERA pitcher that he's shown thus far (nor do I think he's a 4.05 xFIP guy, although I think he's probably closer to that than 2.33). The good news is the improved control, which could make him somewhat useful in H2H Leagues. If I had him in Roto, though, I'd be doing everything possible to trade him.
