Which OFer ROS - Fowler or Heyward WHIR

Postby chowder » Sat Jun 15, 2013 2:43 pm

Would you trade Fowler for Heyward in H2H redraft points league? Thinking of trading Fowler, who's in my UT spot so position does not matter. Who else would be a good target to get using Fowler?

If you can get Heyward, I would. He will have a second half that puts him in the first round conversation next year.

Thanks for answering mine. I like Heyward over Fowler. No great reason for it, but Heyward starts slow and has a much high ceiling.

For the rest of this season... It's Fowler.

First off... he's hitting well. Heyward isn't , and has shown no signs of turning it around.

Fowler is running, Heyward isn't .

Fowler plays his home games at Coors. Heyward does not.

I think Heyward has more value merely because of his name and everyone believes in a bounceback, so if you're looking for value in order to set-up another trade I take this one. ROS I think Fowler does better, he's off to a great start and is the safer bet to continue producing. I'd stick with Fowler. Thanks for help on mine.

I would rather have Fowler. I'm not sold on Heyward. High ceiling for him but is he going to reach it and is he really going to turn things around.

I think you will get solid production out of Fowler all year while you are taking a chance that Heyward could reach his potential. I don't see Heyward doing that. If Heyward does meet his ceiling though...watch out.
