Which of the following would be the best pickups for the foreseeable future? I need to add two of these players to my roster following a trade...All help is appreciated and leave a link for return help. Thanks so much...Available players and my team are below! ;-D

Bats: McLouth, A Simmons, Belt, Dunn, Frazier, Revere, Viciedo, Gregorious
Arms: Ubaldo, Cahill, Feldman, Locke, Vargas, Teheran, Niese


10 team, Roto, 5x5 obp replaces average... 6 keepers

You could use some speed and obviously an arm. I'd go with Teheran and McLouth (who needs to be rostered....

I personally like Frazier a lot. Off to a slow start but I think he has the most potential the remainder of this year.

The second pickup is more difficult. You need some speed, so that would mean McLouth to me. If you're playing for upside than Simmons although he's been dropped to 8th in the Altanta batting order. I think Simmons could become a .270/.280 type hitter and get reinstalled to the top of the Atl lineup where he'll score a ton of runs and steal a few bags, but he is more of a risk than McLouth.

Please help with mine.
