Middlebrook, Arenado or Gyorko

Postby fanfan32 » Wed May 08, 2013 6:22 am

10 team head to head points
C- martinez
1- Butler
2- Zobrist
3- Middlebrook
Ss- Escobar
2/ss Scutaro
1/3 - Berkman
Of- Trout
Ut- Kipnis
Bn- Ike Davis
Dl- Stanton
P- Lee, Wainwright, Darvish, Haren, G. Holland, Bailey, Hellickson, Cahill, Kendrick, Sanchez

Any reason I shouldn't drop Middlebrook for either Arenado or Gyorko, both are out there and so is Omar Infante. And does anyone think that Loney will come back down to earth

I would grab Arenado for sure and Gyorko for Davis and either Hellickson, Kendrick or Haren.
Brooksy stash him on your bench.

Middlebrooks is really struggling right now. I'd drop him for either. Gyorko is heating up, and has 2b eligibility, and Arenado is probably the best prospect and in the best ballpark/offense to succeed.

Loney will come back to earth, guaranteed.

I like both over Middlebrooks and you honestly do not need Ike Davis right now. He is your 4th 1b. Better to have someone like Gyorko who could back up your entire IF (since you have a SS and MI and a 1B at CI).
