The first thing that came to mind was to shop one of your 3B. With those three, even in an 8 team league, you have 3 of the top 6 at that position which means one of the other guys might overpay for one of them. I think a Nelson Cruz might be expendable once Stanton comes back. Try to get a top tier starter for one of your 3b and look on your available players list for a reliever. I personally have my eye on a couple guys who might be picking up some saves in the near future. Pestano is currently filling in for Perez in Cleveland and if Rodney continues to struggle in TB, Peralta may get the closer role. If it were me I would personally drop Ike Davis and see what's available on the free agent market. He's dangerously close to being demoted and you can keep an eye on him to see if he starts improving down the road.

why so many bench players on your offense? 5 of those should be pitchers. Id keep 1 or 2 offense on bench max. So trade your bench guys to start with. Maybe you can package something together. Honestly id say your in big pitching trouble, not sure why you would trade wainwright when you dont have pitching to trade. I would want 2 more SP and 3 more closers if i were in your shoes. So any team that has 3 or more closers id be sending offers.

I traded for wainwright, I had even more hitting before that trade. I have more talent than anyone in the league but it's not going to matter if I can't pull off a few trades before the playoffs
