Is this a No-brainer for David Price? WHIR

Postby clarkw267 » Mon May 06, 2013 3:20 pm

So a guy in my league has been shopping Price, and I view him as a good buy low candidate.

He floated the idea Price for Harvey and Jed Lowrie. I told him that's not likely to happen.

Today he offered me Price for Medlen and Lowrie.. Lowrie is currently in my MI position, and if I accept the trade I would pick up either Gregorius, K Johnson, or Dee Gordon.

Personally I think this is too good to pass up. Thoughts?

I do think there's some pretty significant risk with Price, and I think it was good to pass on the Harvey trade. I agree with you though that I'd take the Medlen/Lowry one. K Johnson is my MI and I think he'll end the year with decent enough numbers. I'd probably do the trade and take the Dee Gordon risk first just in case he keeps hitting enough to move Hanley to 3B.

Please help with mine if you get a chance. http://www.fantasybaseballcafe.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=460105

I would absolutely do pull the trigger. Price will be fine. Yes, his velocity is down but he has been extremely unlucky as well. I own him in my 14 team league and refuse to sell low.

need some feedback please:
