Umm.. There are a bunch of things wrong here.
1) unless you took him in the first rd, it's way too early to say you were wrong with this pick.
2) he's had more ks than innings pitched in 5 of 6 starts, including 8 in 6 innings tonight.
3) he's had a quality start in 5 of 6 starts this season. His era is 3.16. His whip is 1.12.
While, it is true that he has not pitched well, this is exactly what elite pitchers do when they are out of rhythm. They get by and put up solid numbers even when they're struggling. I think now might be a good time to step back and remember that it's not even may yet.
Sadly the first round is exactly where I drafted him with the 6th overall pick. Pitcher stat heavy league where strikeout pitchers are gold....4/12 first rd picks were pitchers. I do have high expectations for him every time out.
