What SP should I target for Encarnacion or Santana?

I think you could get a #2 starter level pitcher with either of those 2, especially with how santana has produced (i got him myself at the start of the year, and have been quite pleased with his production).

Id suggest trading EE, as it seems TOR has some issues that make me weary of anybody in that lineup...on MLB network the other night they showed the deterioration of EE and bautistas plate discipline...theyre swinging for the fences even with 0-1 out and a runner on 3rd

I agree with adding Latos and Bourne. If you add those two you will be good to go. I doubt he will make that trade for Santana and Hammel though. You are going to probably have to make a three player package involving Brown.
