I think I would take Mauer. Lecroy could end up hurting a team with a low average despite his good power numbers, kind of like Adam Dunn

Depends a little bit on what you're looking for.
Mauer will have a batting average that's 50 points better and will likely score a few more runs.
LeCroy will certainly have more homers and will likely have more RBI's.
Neither will steal many bases.
Mauer is penciled in for 130-140 starts and is for sure going to get those starts as long as he's healthy.
LeCroy is penciled in for the same probably but if he struggles there is a risk that he will be sitting more and the Twins will use Cuddyer or call up Morneau.
