Do either of these trade offers look good? WHIR 100%

I have to activate Freddie Freeman for next weeks scoring period and will need to either drop someone or make a trade? I would like to get rid of Cishek, as I feel he is dead weight on my bench. This is a 12 team h2h 5x5 keeper league.

Trade 1- I offer Cishek for Madson (I have Frieri)
Trade 2- I offer Janssen and Cigrani for Romo (he already rejected Cigrani and Cishek for Betencourt)

my team
C- Posey
C- Avila
1B- A Craig
2b- Pedroia
3B- Machado
SS- Zobrist
MI- Prado
CI- Lawrie
OF (4)- Rios, Holliday, Aoki, Carlos Gomez
U- Hosmer
Pitchers (9)- Strasburg, Bumgardner, Samardzija, Maholm, Fister, Holland, Frieri, Janssen, League
Bench (3)- Cingrani, Mujica, Cishek
DL- Freeman

I'd make that first trade... Or you could sell high on Cingrani, but I'd keep him and see what happens when the league catches up to his high heat. If he can adjust, he'll be wicked. But Cishek is, ummm, not good, and Madson could be a very valuable handcuff.

Or I could also offer Cingrani and Cishek for any of the following closers:
Balfour
C Perez
A Reed
Wilhemsen

Cingrani/Cishek for Reed is the best option, but I don't love it, Cingrani faces a currently weak Washington lineup later this week and his value may still be on the rise.
