Best strategy for 30 keeper dynasty leagues

This is my first time in such a league. What is the best strategy? Patience? Youth? Posting my current roster and scoring system:

30 Team Dynasty (Each season you will keep up to 20 players that are still under contract/Minor Leaguers from host franchise may be kept in addition to 20 keepers if they haven't exceeded rookie games limit)

Doesn't look like your team is going to be very prosperous with that roster. If I where you I'd try rebuilding. Polish up on prospecting and try to get prospect heavy deals for your players. By that point you will have to have a few years of patience, trust me I've been there man. Go for the managers that aren't the best with young guys, and sell to teams trying to win now.
