Just dealt Verlander & Joey Bats for Chris Davis & Jim Johnson in a keeper (Davis is a 21st round keeper for one more year; Joey/Verlander can't be kept).

totally disagree.

In a ten team league, I'd gladly trade five years of potential future success for one really good chance at a title. One title is worth a lot.

Mines a 4 year keepers league and i would trade every single keeper for next year if it meant winning this year. Championships don't grow on trees. 1st one year last the next better then 3rd,2nd,3rd

Been trying but "low" is a relative term. He wants a Keeper Julio Tehereran and Mujca

Pujols looks like he can barely run. I know he is a gamer and wants to keep playing but if the Angels aren't in the hunt I don't see why he won't rest and get healthy.

Pujols looks to be in good form at the moment. It's not just the stat sheet for the last few days, he's looking more comfortable and confident at the plate than I have seen all year.

I think the all star break will be great for his health. Take a look at his production the day after he sat out a game or the team had a scheduled day off. Very small sample size but he's been going for extra bases, I'll partially attribute that due to being well rested. I'm no doctor but those 4 days should do Pujols some good.

Pogo brings up a great point. If the Angels aren't in it, I think Pujols gets shut down around 9/15. So be careful in that regard.

BTW- I think it's funny that a guy with 15 HR, 56 RBI, and 45 R is a buy low candidate. Only for Albert Pujols is that a down year.

What are thoughts on selling high on Kipnis? There has to be some regression in the 2nd half, right?

I think Kipnis is legit. I'm keeping him in redraft leagues.

I even traded Myers for him in a keeper.

Any Cespedes owners selling after his HR Derby performance? Or are you hoping it's a sign of better things to come (as "better" as slamming 60 MPH meatballs down the middle can make his value, that is).
