In all seriousness, what are people getting for Puig in keeper leagues? He screams sell high but not sure how high to shoot for.

Yeah saw that too. I would sell in an instant if I could get a first or second round (top 25) player for him.

From rotoinfo, who agrees with this? I own him in 2 out of 3 leagues.

If there was ever a sell-high candidate, it is Jordan Zimmermann. The Nationals have scored the second-fewest runs in baseball, and while the offense will most likely improve, Zimmermann is unlikely to continue to win at this rate. He has also been getting a bit lucky with his BABIP against. Add in his pedestrian 80 strikeouts and you have a guy whose perceived value is likely greater than his actual value.

To be fair, he has pitched 7 or more innings in 12/16 starts, so the wins aren't flukey, you just give up 2 runs in 7 or 8 innings, and the 3 runs of support he'll get is enough. People always write off wins as flukey, but pitching deep into games with a solid ERA can have a profound impact on winning baseball games. It seems obvious, but it is often overlooked.

The Ks aren't great, but he has as many or more than: Gallardo/Corbin/Dickey/Cobb/Fister/Medlen/Hellickson/Kennedy/MaholmTeheran/Miley/Kluber/Wood/Kuroda/Locke

I can't defend the BAPIP, I would only say that I've watched nearly all his games and nobody drives the ball against him. They either hit crappy ground balls or a can of corn to the outfield. BAPIP is going to be low for him because hitters don't make good contact.

I know you're a huge fanboy of Zimm's, but this is cherry picking to the max. "To be fair", we shouldn't use total Ks to use as support for a guy going forward. He's got more K's than guys who missed a month of baseball on the DL? No surprise there. His K/9 is probably as detrimental in a Roto League as a 4.50 ERA (I don't know the exact number, I'm speculating, but I wouldn't be shocked if it was even higher than that to balance the damage he does to your K category). I'm not saying he's not worth owning over these other names listed, but stop pretending he brings any value to the table in the area of K's at all, cause he doesn't. I'd probably rather have half the guys on this list than Zimmermann, and I'd take some of the others in a package for him for sure. Then there's a few I wouldn't touch with a 10 ft. pole, but that has nothing to do with Zimm.

K/9
8.75 - Corey Kluber
8.18 - Alex Cobb
7.76 - Ian Kennedy
7.30 - Yovanni Gallardo
7.15 - Julio Teheran
6.96 - Kris Medlen
6.93 - Patrick Corbin
6.75 - Jeremy Hellickson
6.59 - Paul Maholm
6.54 - Wade Miley
6.46 - R.A. Dickey
6.34 - Travis Wood
6.28 - Jordan Zimmermann
6.26 - Jeff Locke
6.08 - Hiroki Kuroda

This is not exactly a Who's Who list that you named.

K/9 isn't a fair stat either because Zimmerman pitches way more innings than those other guys because he is a better pitcher and pitches deeper into games, thus netting him more Ks. I guess if you have strict innings limits, this would hurt, but otherwise Ks are Ks. Have you watched him pitched much? I'd like to hear your take on his "stuff", maybe I'm seeing it all wrong.
