Matt Harvey - you just can't trade a guy with support stats like he has right now. Unless you get a mindblowing offer, you need to hold on to him.

Ryan Zimmerman - was a very slow starter last year as well. patience required.

Zimmerman is starting slow because his shoulder is hanging by a thread and now he has hammy issues. His DL stint is coming soon and it could be a long one.

Albert Pujols - sell high

I have watched a few of the Angels games recently and Pujols looks like a 35 year old man on 45 year old legs. He can still hit the ball but I question his durability and fear his nagging injuries will sap his stats. I've just traded him away on the one team I had him, it may be wise to get some good value in return for him right now before he slumps badly.

+1. But you must get solid value for him, and right now you still probably can.

How low would be buying low on Mike Stanton? I'm thinking his owners would be glad to give him up.

I offered Choo/Strasburg for Stanton/Felix. We'll see what happens but I think it's about right.

Here was a message in one of my leagues..

Will trade Giancarlo Stanton....For Hank Blalock or a rusty tuna can lid.

I would actively be trying to buy him in that league then :-b

I made the Buy-Low Sell-High thread this year!

Just gave these two FA pickups: Justin Masterson and Shelby Miller
to get: Billy Butler

Was a great time to buy Butler with this week's Interleague benchings and him slumping. He's heavier this year so I'm a bit worried, hopefully it works out and Butler can stay healthy and productive the way he should.

He was just traded for Jayson Werth and Addison Reed in 1 of my leagues. Pretty brutal.
