You want to be cursing Viciedo here. Ramirez was calling for it and Viciedo ignored him and never said anything and got in the way.

And then Viciedo just let a ball fall foul like 3 feet in front of him without making any attempt to catch it. What a lazy piece of garbage.

Okay before anyone else responds, I guess Viciedo made up for it. But it would have been awesome had Gordon caught that even though I like the insurance runs for Peavy.

So far this year, Astros have struck out 37 times in only 23 innings. That's a K/9 of 14.48, higher than everyone in baseball last year except Kimbrel and Chapman. 8-o

It's the greatest stream against team in baseball history. I am definitely going to look for anyone pitching against them, although they did OK against Harrison, so maybe they hit lefties well?

I guess after an abysmal spring, caution may be the best approach with Anibal today?

I've got him on the bench right now. Is that about right?

Harrison was still good for K's. He got 9, which is his career high. In fact, all 3 starters against the Astros have posted career highs in K's. :-D

I'd start him but I hate leaving starts on my bench.

arguably, their 2 best hitters (Carter and Maxwell) (Altuve is their best hitter, but not a run producer) are right handed, so this might be the case.

Maurer gets to face their number 5 next week. Might have to pick that young fella up.
