You really need to upgrade your pitching and agree with a previous reply that your bench should be pitchers. That said, I'd actually go a different route than one you are looking. Cutch carries immense perceived value compared to the likely realized difference in value to your hitting by starting Cespedes in his place. As badly as you need to upgrade pitching I'd use Cutch's trade clout and move him and a lesser piece for Stras + Cespedes and try to acquire a 2nd pitcher in the deal too. Cain would be awesome as the 2nd P, obviously, but just about anyone inside the top 30 P would make you much stronger overall. Let your trade partner be starstruck and overpay for the highly coveted Cutch. He just might do Cespedes Stras AND Cain for Cutch + not all that much more.
