Not a bad draft at all. You may want to bundle a few pitchers together and go for one of the elite starters.

You have a ton of Runs, SBs, and very few Ks on that team which bodes well for you to start the season. Your pitching staff should end up middle of the pack. Decent draft though. Good Job.

Thank you for your advice fubured. As a beginner, I just wasn't sure if I did anything glaringly wrong--so I thank you for your feedback. It's especially useful for somebody of my inexperience.

Id find another closer. Thats the only glaring thing for me. Even in a weekly league i generally start 3 unless im going against someone with closer trouble. The SP you have actually I like ok. Id get one more closer if possible. Watch how things shake out on teams. Detroit is the big one right now, id grab any possible closer available and just drop them if they dont get the job.

Alot of ? with your offense. Utley, Crawford and Hosmer on the same team would be a little frightening for anyone i think. You got these guys cheaply though so thats the good side. If they come through you should be fine. You could use more HR though,,,might want to look for a cheap HR guy,,like a micheal morse type player.

Thank you for the feedback quackman. I was thinking about grabbing another closer to have one as a spare. Our league only allows a maximum of two roster spots for closers in our weekly matchups--so we can only start two--but we can have additional ones taking up bench spots. Unfortunately--we can't start any more than two. This is why I went a little nuts with outfielders--because we have to start five of them. It's funny that you said michael morse--because I was actually targeting him--and literally an owner drafted him one spot ahead of my pick. I do feel like I might have to get some cheap power though--so I appreciate the heads up on that. I appreciate the help.
