Hoping I can get some suggestions on where I am weakest. In my mind, it is pretty safe to say my SS situation is bad (WW options are Cozart, Peralta, Escobar) and RP isn't great. I know I don't have any RP for holds right now, but I usually just pick them up off waivers during the season.
As stated in title, this is a 12 team H2H Yahoo League. Scoring cats are: R, 3B, HR, RBI, SB, BB, TB, FPCT, AVG, SLG, IP, W, L, CG, SV, K, HLD, ERA, WHIP, K/BB

Ugh, I hate Holds. Tried it a few years ago, didn't work at all. But that's not what you asked.
Your team. For a 12-team league, I like most of your team. Perez you probably got in a later round (nicely done), E5 is probably gonna be fine, Cano is elite, Headley is injured (so you'll be playing Scutaro for a while). Segura intrigues me: I actually think he's gonna be more useful than the waiver guys you list. Tons of speed, that's for sure.
Harper/Pence/Crawford is not my preferred outfield (aside from Harper), but I do like Fowler who you can plug in. I honest to God don't understand why I see Maybin drafted everywhere: he wasn't even drafted in my very deep 12-team keeper league. I'd ditch him and get some more OF assurance for Crawford/Pence. I'd look at Viciedo, Starling Marte, Ruggiano, maybe Chris Young (Oakland). Your pitching looks money in the bank to me. Lee, Scherzer, Shields, Anderson is a nice 1-4, and who knows what Garza can do. Kimbrel and Jansen are great for you ratios, Madson could be fine. I myself don't like Ogando and would rather take a flyer on a young SP, but he won't hurt you. Nice job.
You make a good point about my OF - I think this is a weaker area than I initially believed. Maybin I took with my last round pick because he has looked better in the second half of last season with the swing adjustments, but I will definitely keep Ruggiano on my watch list in case he breaks out early; thanks for suggesting him. Marte and Viciedo are already owned. I am certainly keeping my fingers crossed that Crawford turns things around this year, but I just felt I couldn't pass him up in the 12th round (140th overall selection).
You have soothed my concern a bit about SS, but I am definitely going to be keeping a close watch on any breakout candidates off waivers early in the season.
Also, regarding Headley, yes, I will start Scutaro at 3B for the time being, but as soon as Chase gets officially listed on the DL I plan to add Gyorko and see if he works better at 3B for now.
I agree with you about Ogando. Frankly, he is just there as a placeholder until I find a good early season holds leader with nice peripheral stats.
No you're right, 12th round is good value for Crawford in this situation. Adding Gyorko (odd he wasn't drafted) will be a great move: I believe in Jedd. As I do in Ruggiano: plenty of opportunities for him.
If you're in the market for holds, take a look at Kelvin Herrera of KC (crazy good peripherals), Darren O'Day (BAL), Wilton Lopez (COL), maybe Steve Delabar (TOR). If they're still available. Herrera is fantastic, got quite a bit of holds last year.
