Personally, I'd take Ackley and Simmons over Rutledge and Brown. If either of the former 2 turn out to play to their potential, it gives you not only more than adequate backups, but also potentially great trade chips at relatively slim (in comparison to 1B or OF) positions. Gyorko could be argued over Ackley as well, but I'd like to see something out of him (plus he'll need a minute to earn 2B eligibility. I might look at carrying only 2 1B instead of the 3 as well, maybe either keep Brown or roll the dice on Myers and ditch Morales? Just my thoughts. Don't mess with your rotation, your guys are better than the waiver guys for sure. As for RP, what's out there? I'm not a huge believer that Jansen will be great this year.
