Alive but not relevant currently.

He came back from TJ last year and completely forgot how to strike hitters out. I will give a mulligan for the first year back but he's currently not relevant. However a couple of days ago he had some elbow inflammation and will miss six weeks. that makes him completely irrelevant at this point. i don't think we will see Wheeler either until the super two deadline passes unfortunately. Harvey/Wheeler gives mets fans something to be excited about.

Yes, zero shot at this news affecting Wheeler in any way. He'll stay down until the super two deadline passes and even further if he doesn't look ready for the bigs yet. These aren't Minaya's Mets anymore, they actually care about the future of their prospects.
