Way too early for Longoria and Goldschmidt imo. I don't have a problem taking two outfielders if they're the best available but even if I didn't want to I'd take Pedroia long before either of them.


You are probably right...Goldschmidt definitely too early. Longoria is not too far of a reach. 3B is pretty thin and by the time the next pick comes back, what will be left The only reason I'm thinking Longoria

I think I'd personally go Bats and Kershaw. Someone to anchor the rotation makes filling in a latter rounds much easier.

Harper could return first round value. And while there are clearly other more proven players available, I could see him putting up monster numbers this season. Also, some of those others seem to have an injury risk that comes with them. So far, Harper has avoided injury.
