Any holes in my team? WHIR ALWAYS

Postby ATLbraves » Tue Mar 26, 2013 12:54 pm

Just drafted last night, do y'all see any holes in my roster? I think I might need some more pitching help. I like Trevor Bauer as a prospect but he might not do anything in the majors this season, so I might drop him rather then hold him and eat a roster spot.

Interesting team you have there. Lots of bounce back opportunities (Upton, Kipnis, Cruz, Choo, Young).

I agree, I'd drop Bauer if your league is not one where stashing is rampant. There are quite a few pitching prospects worth keeping an eye on, and for every Bauer you miss out on, there's a Tijuan Walker, Gerrit Cole or Dylan Bundy to pick up and stash. Your SP is solid otherwise, with Greinke, Sale (love him), Cueto, Kuroda, Harvey making a very interesting 1 - 5. Good RPs too. If there's one thing I'd have to mention as far as 'holes' go: I don't necessarily like your bench depth offensively (Crisp... eek!). But as long as Cruz stays healthy, you shouldn't need him.

If you could chip in on my 12 team keeper team (viewtopic.php?t=457114) or 10 team re-draft (viewtopic.php?t=457121), I'd appreciate it.

Dutchy is right. You look good should everyone stay healthy and you not have to rely to extensively on the bench for weeks on end.
