Latest news is he's likely to start at AAA. No great surprise there, but anyone have anything more? I've been pretty disconnected from Spring Training this year.

last I heard he just doesn't have a position in the bigs. Texas is flirting with potentially trading Andrus to make room for him and ive even heard rumors about moving Kinsler to the OF... but this is all just speculation, nothing solid... Id imagine this is a pretty clear wait n see guy, watch for injuries and if there is one, pounce! ....or just stash, if youre paranoid and "must have" Profar.

Though if anyone in the Tex infield gets hurt you should run and pick up Profar. If he gets a spot he'll be worth owning.

Profar has more value in real life than fantasy, since he is the best prospect in the minors partly because of his elite defense and arm. I mean he will be an all-star and valuable player, but I would not expect a 20-20 season or a .300 batting average (though he is capable both a 20-20 season and a .300 average). Personally I would rather have Oscar Taveras.
