Where should I Improve? WHIR

Postby ConorNewCafe » Mon Mar 25, 2013 2:25 pm

10 team 6x6 .OPS extra hitting category. Do I need more Power? Speed? Who should I look to trade for a SP at some point. Thanks!

C-Salvador Perez
1B- Adrian Gonzalez
2B-Jose Altuve
SS- Ben Zobrist
3B - Evan Longoria
1B/3B - Paul Goldschmidt
OF - Jose Bautista
OF - Giancarlo Stanton
OF - Jason Heyward
Util - Desmond Jennings
Util - Melky Cabrera
Bench - Chase Headley

I know my SP is weak but it was a keeper draft and the bats seemed to have much more value for where I was picking. I grabbed a bunch of the sleeper guys late and I'll stream or make a trade.

Wainwright, Morrow, Fister, Estrada, Cobb, Ogando, Teheran, Bauer.

Honestly, I think the only improvements you need to make are in your pitching staff (as you mentioned). I think that your offense, especially the OF and C/1B spots are really good. You have lots of power, and a good balance of speed with Altuvue and Jennings. You could hypothetically get a better avg hitting player than Jennings. Tehran might not be as bad of a pick as you think.
