I agreed with Fen. If we were in a no bench league this would be another story, but we currently have the option of carrying a prospect on the bench. I like how we currently have to weigh the pros and cons of carrying a prospect with the opportunity cost of losing counting stats from a bench contributor.

Agreed, so I vote no, however, I wouldn't mind exploring other options on either expanding keepers or merely adding another wrinkle or two next season.

No. I don't think it makes sense for our format. I would like to advocate for one more pitching slot(again). We never altered it after adding holds.

Hmm. This I might be able to get behind. That said, it's not that bad to rotate your relievers through the P slots when the starters aren't going. I don't mind anyway, but maybe it's more roster management than some would like. :-?

I think we briefly mentioned increasing innings pitched too, but then didn't bring it up again. :-?

Honestly, being my first foray into baseball ever, I'd be inclined to vote no.

That being said, it doesn't mean I'm against any idea, or ideas, to make the league more interesting to play in. I'm just not all that into baseball (at least, not yet ;-) ), that I wouldn't even know what to do with this slot if it was available to me.

But don't get me wrong, I get the concept and all. What I mean is, I really don't have a grasp of the talent pool yet. Once I get my feet wet this season, and I get a better idea of what to look for in players, both Major League and up-and-comers, then I might change my mind.

But yeah, if I have to make a decision now, based on what I know (and don't know), I'd have to pull "no" as well. :*)

We voted no on this (for 2014) right? No N/A spot, correct?

"No" was my impression when we left off with this, but would like to know as we wrap up the season and with September call-ups coming (and me with the 1st waiver wire option), I just want to make sure I'm planning properly. Thanks! ;-D

Any opinions on Innings pitched moving forward?

I like the innings pitched as-is personally.

Though I do believe there are plenty of options for Holds and Starters with our current setup. If somebody goes down, you really don't have to look too hard to find a viable replacement. Aces are harder to come by, of course. But finding somebody servicable doesn't seem to be a big problem. Maybe I'm wrong though. I've been fortunate with healthy starters. :-°

FWIW, Red's starters are awesome! 8-o Wow. ;-D
