Hitters:
Yasiel Puig
Jurickson Profar
Oscar Taveras
Jedd Gyorko
Wil Myers

Pitchers:
Julio Teheran
Shelby Miller
Erasmo Ramirez
Michael Wacha
....there will be a rookie Pitcher who comes up n blows us all away, I feel like there almost always is. itll be a relatively unknown but his impact will be greater than any of us predicted. I could be Ramirez or Wacha above, could be Jose Fernandez, I dunno

I can't imagine that Teheran would be a callup at this point. He should have the 5 spot locked up.

He's going to be really good this year. The stuff is nasty.

my point exactly with him not being a callup, but somehow he survived until the last round in my draft and there is some pretty knowledgable people. Maybe because it was a 10 team he got overlooked? Whatever the reason, it is a win for me!

I drafted him in the 23rd round in my main keeper league yesterday and most people didn't really see to react. Personally, I would've been glad to have him in the 16-18 round range. I think the guy is going to put up a monster season. I think he's this year's Chris Sale.

Starling Marte? True impact player this year with a ton of upside. Going about #230 in most drafts.

Great list.

I grabbed Hicks (OBP - big boost). I'm not a fan of Gyorko (I don't think the power will translate from the PCL to Petco, and in to the weak SD lineup). Zunino is the best guy no one is talking about. Ryu is intriguing, probably low upside, but a good bet to outperform his draft position in most leagues.

I like Gyorko a lot more than guys like Matt Carpenter who I can't figure out why anyone wants or guys like Segura and Cozart who are going to bat 8th which kills their value. He might not be amazing but he has real power and he might bat in the middle of the order which is what you want in a late round MI. Now if he starts to climb the draft charts I'll put him back on the avoid but right now he hasn't been going early in drafts I've done.

I'm not all that crazy about Teheran. The stuff isn't 'nasty' like it used to be. I saw a couple of his starts this spring and his fastball velocity never returned to mid 90's (he's sitting 89-91). The only plus is that it has movement. He was also around the zone, but was missing the glove with regularity. He's fine as an end of draft play, but I'd rather take the chance on someone like Shelby Miller. Miller offers much greater pure stuff and has quite a history of being able to miss bats. He has fantasy ace upside.

Gyorko, Marte and Miller are the ones I'm targeting. Cashner and Patrick Corbin are good names to remember even though they aren't rookies they have the same impact potential and have MDP of 300+.
Segura is a good late round stash for cheap SBs from a scarce position.

Shelby Miller has the 5th spot in the rotation locked.
Chris Carter may be good
Leonys Martin

These are not call ups though, but guys that will likely start the season playing for the big team.

Call ups... maybe Wheeler for the Mets?
D'Arnaud @ Catcher for the Mets?
Not sure on others.

Oh and the Japanese shortstop. Forgot the name, but its Japanese and he's starting. So you cant miss him. Hes older, but a base stealer who hits for average. Maybe an Ichiro type.
I love mock drafts.
