I completed my draft a couple days ago and here is the team I am looking at for this year. My league is a 10 team, 3 Keeper league (mine were Votto, Cutch, Kershaw) and it is H2H every category. I am really liking how my team looks right now, and I don't see any big trades that I need to be doing to get ready for the season. Let me know what you guys think! And remember, I WHIR!!!

C Salvador Perez, KC C 1B Joey Votto, Cin 1B 2B Jason Kipnis, Cle 2B 3B Brett Lawrie, Tor 3B SS Jose Reyes, Tor SS OF Andrew McCutchen, Pit OF OF Matt Holliday, StL OF OF Alex Gordon, KC OF UTIL Paul Goldschmidt, Ari 1B Bench Alejandro De Aza, CWS OF Bench Neil Walker, Pit 2B Bench Manny Machado, Bal 3B Bench Josh Reddick, Oak OF Bench Jesus Montero, Sea C, DH
Pitchers:

I agree nice start. The only thing I personally would look to upgrade in is 3b maybe doing a 2 for 1 with Lawrie and Reddick and try to get a Beltre back depending on the teams needs. But you also can sit back and see what the season brings you and then make some moves.
I don't think the other owner will take Alex Gordon if he asked for McCutchen. However, I also definitely would not give up McCutchen and Lawrie in return for Longoria, Cruz, and Markakis. Stay pat with Lawrie; I like him quite a bit for this year. He'll miss some time, but I think he'll take a significant step forward with the bat.
"I'd tell you to buy a clue but you don't have enough cents."
Yes, I totally agree with you. I am however about to make a trade for Trout. I'll be giving up Kershaw and Gordon for Trout and Jarrod Parker. This way, I can hold on to trout and trade cutch for an ace if I need one throughout the year. We definitely have a more batter favorable league so I think it is a very good trade.
I struggle rating 10 team leagues, because there are more than enough quality players for everyone ( even waiver wires have quality players), your league will have even more quality players on WW since you only have 3 OF. I recommend you get your league add another OF for next year, heck with a ten teamer, i'd add another Utility player, corner infielder, and middle infielder.
But, what you asked about is this team:
This team is solid. I see very little weakness.
Kipnis isn't making progress, in fact, I expect a little decline.
Here is my updated team, with the new pick up of Mike Trout. I know my pitching isn't as good now but I still feel confident I can get a win each week, considering how much offense I have. If by chance I need to get an ace from someone, I can just do a cutch trade and get one. Also, I got rid of reyes since I didn't want to have the left side of my infield from Toronto lol.
