In my keeper league, 1 of the 10 players left the league and was replaced by one of our members friends. The team that needed filling was awful but the new guy was willing to take over. The member who invited the new guy just made a trade to his friend and won't be keeping either of the two players he is getting back in the trade. He is helping his friend out by giving him his better players that he won't be keeping. Should I allow it because a new guy came into a keeper league with terrible a terrible because the previous owner jacked the team up?
Hopefully that makes sense.

This is the definition of collusion. As a LM you are walking a slippery slope. Where do you draw the line from here on out?

Ya I explained everything and then went ahead and reversed the trade. I was hoping for more input earlier, but none really came lol.

As far as introducing new teams, this is the way I'd do it: If you use a buyin / payout for prizes you need to give the new owner incentive/higher payouts for less buy in, especially if you know his team is the worst. For example, everyone pays $10 for a 12 team league and the prize pool is $120. You could have the new team only have to pay $4, but still be eligibile for the same prizes everyone else is. This goes along with odds making like they would do 1:7 odds the Angels win the WS compared to 1:2000 odds the astros win it.
