Keeper league: draft question. Please help.

Postby StealingHome » Sun Mar 17, 2013 12:16 pm

12-team H2H league with 8 keepers.

Is it acceptable for a team not to keep 8 players and say only keep 7, for example?

How does this affect the draft? Is that team picking a round earlier than the first full round?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Every league has its own rules about that.

Thanks. It's a Yahoo league. I was just wondering if there was a default way that it is set up.

If you enter the keepers at the beginning, then the team only keeping seven will pick first no matter where they are supposed to draft in the order.. however, if you place the keepers at the end of the draft then they won't get the extra draft pick until after everyone has drafted. Just have to decide what works best for you/the league.
