Help with H2H Settings (roster and game limits)

Running a H2H league for the first time, 10 teams mixed-league, auction draft, 2 keepers for 2014, 5x5, but need some help.

My league has agreed on H2H Each Category (in our previous Roto leagues, teams in the bottom tier stopped playing once they fell towards the bottom of the roto rankings in May; with H2H, at least they have a weekly chance of winning), with a can-be-changed-daily lineup of C/1B/2B/3B/SS/3 OF/2 UTIL/2 SP/2 RP/4 RP with 5 bench slots and 2 DL spots. I have a couple of questions:

--What should be the roster limits of each position, if any?
--What should be the weekly limits of GP/IP, if any? (Currently, I have a scaleable 7-acquisition limit per weekly matchup)
--Any changes to the roster size (currently 23 + 2 DL spots) or is that a good number?

Any help would be appreciated, trying to make sure I got a good set-up going on.

2 SP/2 RP/4 RP with 5 bench slots and 2 DL spots.

I'm assuming you mean 2 SP/2 RP/ 4 P (any pitchers)?

Because if you were limited to 2 SP, that would be not quite right for a weekly H2H. I've commissioned a H2H for the past 3 years and our members are quite happy with this setup:
We use 6x6, the biggest difference is we score holds in addition to saves.
H, R, RBI, HR, SB, OPS -- QS, SV, HLD, ERA, WHIP, K/9
C/1B/2B/3B/SS/3 OF/2 UTIL/5 SP/5 RP/1 P/ 5 BENCH/ 2 DL
