Minor Leaguers Question - in keeper/auction league (CBS)

Hey Guys

Starting a new league this year. It will be an auction and keeper league run using CBS.

I am having 2 year contracts with all kept players going up in prices $5 for year 3 and $10 for year 4 and every year thereafter +$10.

Each team has 3 minor league players and I DON'T want the minor league players to have this same structure. Can CBS allow me to set minor leaguers separately? I was thinking of leaving minor leaguers at same year and salary (say year one at $1 as a hypothetical) and NOT changing their contract year until they play one full year in the majors. Is this possible and sound logical? ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS?
