I kept missing out on my targets but think I was able to put together a solid team t hat has power speed and high average guys that balance out the lower average guys.. The starting pitching is the strong part and looks insanely sick to me.
C- S. Perez 1B- Allen Craig 2B- Seager or Bonafacio or Gyorko SS- Escobar 3B- Wright OF- Kemp OF- Harper OF- Trumbo UT- Alvarez or Saunders
SP: Darvish, Scherzer, Zimmerman, Samardja, Morrow, Minor, Cobb, Miller
Very good team, especially in a 12 teamer. You should have no trouble making the playoffs.
Only real hole I can find is at SS, but that really depends on which Escobar that is. Alcides or Yunel? If it's Alcides then you should be okay. You're a little weak at UT too, if I was you I would package Alvarez and one of your SP's for an upgrade at UT.
My only qualms would be Mark Trumbo. He is going to have a low average. I would platoon him if possible. Seager is good. It's hard to find 2B/3B who can steal bases / HR in the later rounds.
Keep Escobar for the steals and average. He's underrated, a sleeper.

Depends on which Trumbo you get. He showed an amazing improvement in plate discipline during the first half last year, he then hit a slump in the second half and it really hurt his AVG. So if he can improve some and show consistency then he should be able to hit .270+.
Your team looks pretty solid except for 2B, SS and UT. I'm not sure I would put a lot of effort into making a trade here. They guys you would be giving up wouldn't net much in return. I'd treat those positions as revolving doors with guys on the WW. Your team is plenty good enough to make the playoffs. You just need to find a few more guys between now and then to win it.
I'd give you a B+ as well. Even though you don't have a bonafide ace like Weaver or Cain, you have quite a few guys that could easily make that jump this year. You did a good job rounding out your hitters, but like others have said, Trumbo will give you 30+ homers, but also destroy you in AVG. See if you can unload him to some Angel fan or believer. I had him last year, $ in the first half, literally worthless in the second. My theory is that he screwed up his swing preparing for the home run derby (the reason why Josh Hamilton said he wasn't going to compete). Some people will pay quite a bit for him.
