Help for my supplemental draft in a 4 player keeper league?

Hey everyone, I'm a new player in an established keeper league, taking over for a manager who left. There are four new managers this year.

We are going to have a supplemental-type draft for the four new managers entering the league, since all the other teams have four keepers. All players who weren't kept by the other teams were dropped back into the player pool and the new managers can draft four players from the player pool before the actual draft.

I need to submit a list of 16 players that I'd like to keep, in the order that I'd like them. I have the first pick out of four, so whoever is first on my list, I'll get. This is not necessarily a list of players that I'll keep for next year, it's just a list of players that I want to draft this year. I'll end up with four of them.

It's been a long time since I've been in a serious and competitive fantasy baseball league. Could you guys help me out with some suggestions? I've taken screenshots of the available pitchers and batters.

Remember, I need to submit a list of 16 players in the order I would rank them.

The scoring rules are normal 5x5: Batters: R, HR, RBI, AVG, SB Pitchers: W, SV, K, ERA, WHIP
