Rules for Fantasy Baseball

We're setting up a new league and I'm a newbie Commissioner. Is there anyone who feels they have a good set of rules we could use for our league or as a reference to our league? We're H2H 7X7 Categories.

What kind of rules are you talking about?

Ask yourself this (assuming Yahoo league):

Do you want managers able to stream pitchers?
If yes, remove any pitching limits
If no, add pitching limits
Alternatively, you can change the Max Acquisitions for Entire Season.

What kind of waiver mode do you want?

--Do you like the current standard, continual rolling list? or
--Do you like the alternative, FAAB system, where managers silently bid on players on the waivers?

---Do you want guys check fantasy immediately after a closer is injured? If yes, standard rules.
---Do you want guys an equal opportunity to bid on a replacement closer? If yes, continuous waivers.
